Drainage covers everything that carries water away: fixture drains, the branch lines under the slab, the main sewer to the street and the cleanouts that give access to it. We clear, inspect and repair the full path.
Drainage work starts with one question: is the line blocked, or is it broken? A blocked line needs clearing, with a cable for a soft clog or jetting for grease, scale and roots. A broken line needs repair, and clearing it again and again only postpones that. The camera is how we tell the two apart.
On the west side, the usual suspects are grease in kitchen lines, roots in clay joints under the yard, corroded cast iron under older slabs, and sags caused by our shifting clay soil. Each needs a different tool, and we explain which one we are using and why before we begin.
